A Brief History of the Company
Mr. Aummuy Sutkrasae and Mrs. Oiy Sutkrasae are the visionary founders of Sapphuetphol Co., Ltd (SPP). Originally established as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in Thailand, specializing in processing canned fruits for other brands, the company operated under the name Phuechpolpattanasup Co., Ltd. In 2005, We attained certification for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), marking a significant milestone in its commitment to quality.
In 2010, the company achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification, further solidifying its dedication to international standards of excellence. Expanding its horizons, We ventured into international markets, exporting goods to Pakistan by 2011. Noteworthy certifications followed suit, including recognition from the Food and Drug Administration of Thailand (FDA) for food safety and accreditation from the Central Islamic Committee of Thailand (CICOT) for halal compliance in 2016.
Embracing continuous improvement, the company obtained ISO 22000:2005 certification in 2017, allowing for the production of canned fruits under its own esteemed brand, AA, by Siamtripleps. Consequently, the company rebranded as Sapphuetphol Co., Ltd (SPP), reflecting its evolution and commitment to excellence.
Expanding its global footprint, Sapphuetphol Co., Ltd commenced exports to the United States of America (USA) at the onset of 2018. Continuing its pursuit of superior food safety standards, the company upgraded to ISO 22000:2018 certification in 2019, ensuring stringent control of food safety hazards.
In 2021, the company transitioned from adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to embracing Good Hygiene Practices (GHPs), elevating its operational benchmarks. A significant milestone was achieved in 2022 when Sapphuetphol Co., Ltd attained BRCGS certification. This accreditation, bestowed by the prominent UK-based trade association responsible for developing the BRC Global Standards (BRCGS), underscores Sapphuetphol's commitment to ensuring confidence throughout its supply chain. These globally recognized standards guarantee product safety, legality, and premium quality. This accomplishment catalyzed market expansion, facilitating the introduction of the esteemed AA by Siamtripleps brand.
